We take pride in creating handcrafted bangles and pendants with care and attention to detail. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of damage (clear photos or videos) must be provided during the return request.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or design are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn jewelry
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Orders returned without prior approval

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details along with images/videos showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed as applicable.
  • For other approved cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
